International Leadership Initiatives- ili is a department of Sports Outreach International. Our focus and passion is to help discover, train, empower and mobilizes leaders. We aspire to advance the understanding, practice and development of leadership for the benefit of society worldwide. We have noticed that where leadership is weak, the culture of an organization and the fabric of society is weak. Good leaders make everything better!
